Ken Buch of Kebco LLC. had a special order for a few L'Atelier Verney-Carron 450-400 3" rifles.
On 12/1/08 I purchased the first gun made in this caliber and have since fired 2500 rounds with it.
In September of 2008 I participated in the Vintagers World Championship Side by Side Competition.
Using the L'Atelier Verney-Carron 450-400 3" I won 3rd. place in the Stalking Competition in the pouring rain.
I used a different load for the Stopping Competition; finished in first place and set a new course record.
I attribute my success at Vintagers to the craftsmanship of this gun, and it's Triple Lug Locking System.
My L'Atelier Verney-Carron 450-400 3" is tight and shoots the same or better now as when it was new.
